- How do I send a message?
Once you sign up, we will send you details about how to login and administer your account. From the web-based control panel, you can add/remove campaigns, add phone numbers to your list, read replies your fans have sent to you, and much more.
- Can you send a message for me?
Definitely. Give us a call and after we verify your account, we'll send a message to your list for you. (We offer this so you can easily send a message if you're on the road and don't have access to the internet.)
- Can I run simultaneous campaigns?
Totally. What this means is that you can have fans send a TXT with your band's name to sign up to your mailing list while at the same time running a campaign where fans can enter a contest by TXTing in 'contest'.
- How long does it take once I send a message for it to get delivered to our fans?
Usually the process takes less than a minute - sometimes a little longer if you have thousands and thousands of fans.
